Grand Forks and Rock Creek still show no active weather-warning object in the DriveBC regional feed, but the forecast now calls for local smoke today and widespread smoke tonight, Thursday and Friday, with highs rising into the mid-to-upper 30s.
No official Boundary-region evacuation order or alert was found in the DriveBC emergency-alert API or the EmergencyInfoBC text pull this morning. Nearby wildfire records below are map-layer monitoring points; they are not evacuation notices and should not be treated as instructions by themselves.

- Weather: the warning field remains clear for Grand Forks and Rock Creek. Today is forecast sunny with local smoke, southwest wind this afternoon, high 34 C and UV index 7/high. Tonight and Thursday are forecast with widespread smoke; Friday is forecast sunny with widespread smoke and a high near 37 C. No heat-warning object was returned in this pull.
- Wildfire map: the closest out-of-control map-layer point found remains N61319 about 41.7 km from Greenwood, still showing 10.4 ha. N61201 remains out of control about 67.8 km away and shows 6.1 ha. Neither is marked as a wildfire of note in the API response.
- Status improvement: N61304 changed from Being Held to Under Control about 55.7 km from Greenwood. N61413, N61222, N61170, N51353 and N51161 remain Under Control in the under-90 km set, while N61387 remains Being Held.
